Red Squirrel Cottage - Terms and Conditions

Minimum stay of 2 nights.

Please arrive no earlier than 4 pm on the arrival day and vacate the accommodation no later than 10.00am on the departure date in order to allow for cleaning.

The number of guests occupying the cottage should not exceed 4.

A non refundable deposit of £50 becomes payable at time of reservation for the full period booked, with full payment due one month before date of arrival. If you are booking within 1 month of the start of your let, payment in full is required at time of booking.

No smoking allowed in the property.

Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, and put back any furniture that has been moved.

We do provide free Wi-Fi, however we cannot guarantee a consistent service. The Wi-Fi should not be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund of monies paid. No further financial claims will be considered.

Pets - We welcome you to bring your pets to Red Squirrel cottage, we charge £20 per dog, per night for the additional cleaning, and ask that you adhere to these terms:
- Do not allow pets on the furniture or beds
- Do not leave pets unattended in the cottage
- Please clear up any mess in the garden or around the cottage
